Shared CULTURE

Coming from a place that traditionally western medicine/ pharmaceuticals didn't always have the strongest foothold, natural and cultural practices were and are still used in place of modern drugs.

Every so often, another herb or plant or natural/ organic substance gets blown up and widely marketed for its health benefits. Can you name some?

It is similar across the globe- before "modern" medicine, every community had its system of practices that are in use to cure disease. IT is often incorporated in medical practice for the patients wellbeing and morale.

Household Remedies

Old wives' Tales

Alternative medicine

holistic medicine

ayurvedic medicine

Not seeing this as a religious or spiritual doing (that is a different practice) the shared traditions and values held in each culture can help to bring about physical and overall wellbeing.
